| Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

1 The prize draw is open to tenants of buildings within which ECN operates.
2 To enter the prize draw, eligible account holders must complete the online survey before 13.12.24. The survey may close before this date.
3 There will be two winners who will be drawn at random by January 2025.
4 The two winners will receive a £250 Amazon voucher respectively, which will be sent to the email address held by us within 60 days of the draw. The prize is non-exchangeable, non transferable and is not redeemable for cash or any other alternative prize.
5 To be eligible to win, winners must be contactable by email.
7 Entrants to the prize draw are deemed to have accepted these conditions.
8. This prize draw will be governed by the English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Your survey responses will not result in any marketing calls. Your responses are confidential. All Opinium research is carried out in accordance with the Market Research code of conduct.
