Last week’s EXPO REAL 2018 in Munich was another resounding success, reflecting the positive momentum of the German real estate market.  EXPO REAL is Europe’s biggest property conference and this year it attracted a record number of more than 2000 exhibitors (+4.4%), nearly 80 international speakers and 44,000+ visitors (+6.6%).

The key themes at this year’s conference were affordable housing and digital transformation.
